Ongoing training and/or coaching may be needed; upgrades will always be available but will only be suggested if they can actually make a difference. The Operation (Implementation). The culmination of careful planning and strategy delivers a future-proof implementation of the right mix and type of AI assets. The selected implementation plan after Deliverables 1 & 2 is put into action and completed as agreed.
What may be included, depending on need:
Sources of AI Agents, skills, and tools are identified
You collaborate with us to refine the implementation and change management plans
Your company’s people and resources are identified by department/workflow for adoption of AI
We go to our extended implementation network to bring in the specialists for each solution we have agreed upon, and they will be the “Implementation Team”
The Implementation Team will design the technical specifics of the Implementation Plan
The AI tools and automations are installed and deployed
Staff are trained on the technical skills needed
Coaching will be provided for individuals struggling with the transformation
Deliverable
A fully functioning AI infrastructure capable of delivering increased value, both tangible and intangible, to the internal and external customers you serve. You will have KPIs in place to monitor ROI to confirm the value.
