Our Story

Two professionals, a woman and a man, sit across from each other at a conference table with digital hologram of a 3D cube with human faces on each side floating between them, in a modern office with large windows.

We've spent thirty years studying why organizations succeed and fail at transformation. Now we're applying everything we know to the most consequential shift of our era: AI adoption.

Pulse AI was founded on a simple but powerful observation: the companies that are winning with AI aren't the ones with the best technology. They're the ones with leaders who know how to bring their people along for the journey.

That insight didn't come from watching AI implementations. It came from three decades of working inside organizations going through major transformations — mergers, restructurings, culture change initiatives, leadership development programs. The pattern was always the same: the organizations that thrived treated change as a human process, not a project plan.

AI is the biggest organizational change most companies will face in a generation. And most of them are approaching it exactly the wrong way.

Pulse AI exists to change that.

We bridge the gap between AI capability and human readiness.

That's not a tagline. It's a description of the exact problem we solve and the exact gap that's causing most AI initiatives to fail.

Gigi Gonzalez — CEO, Founder, & Visionary

Gigi Gonzalez is the founding owner of Pulse AI and the strategic vision behind everything the company does. She brings organizational clarity, cultural intelligence, and a deep commitment to building something that genuinely helps the organizations we serve. Gigi ensures that Pulse AI stays true to its mission: measuring success not in tools deployed but in real outcomes achieved.

As a woman-minority business owner, Gigi also ensures Pulse AI is positioned to serve a broad range of organizations — including those seeking qualified diversity suppliers for government and enterprise contracts.

Doug Lundrigan — Chief Solutions Officer and Co-founder

Doug Lundrigan has spent over thirty years transforming how organizations think about leadership, change, and human performance. As the founder of Lighthouse Leadership, he has designed and delivered comprehensive development programs across healthcare, government, financial services, technology, and manufacturing.

His expertise spans organizational diagnostics, change management, emotional intelligence, trust-building, and high-performance culture. He has worked with federal agencies, mid-market companies, and regional healthcare systems — diagnosing dysfunctional departments, designing cultural interventions, and coaching executives through some of the most challenging transformations of their careers.

Doug brings that same diagnostic rigor and human-centered methodology to AI adoption — helping organizations see what needs to change technologically and also what needs to change in their people, processes, and culture to make the transformation real.
